Twinova Consulting was founded by Dr. Mohamad Kassem, a recognised expert in digital transformation, engineering project management, and performance improvement in the construction, infrastructure and built environment sectors. Dr. Kassem is also Professor of Digital Construction Management at Newcastle University (UK) and the Founder and Lead of the NU-DICE Lab. 

With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Kassem established Twinova Consulting to address the industry's need for evidence-based insights when tackling challenges at the nexus of digitalisation, sustainability, and performance improvement.
